Trade network and member responsibility
TradesRoster helps tradespeople present their work, find trade help, and contact one another. It is an early service, not an employer, staffing agency, payment processor, or party to work agreements. Members arrange scope, prices, scheduling, insurance, licensing, permits, safety, payment, and dispute resolution directly. Check another member's qualifications before hiring or accepting work. Credentials and endorsements are member statements; TradesRoster does not independently verify them.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use accurate identity and work information, protect your sign-in account, and keep contact information current. Do not impersonate someone, misrepresent credentials, publish work you do not have permission to share, spam, harass, threaten, expose another person's private information, post unlawful or unsafe offers, evade a block, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not upload credentials, passwords, or confidential customer information to public content.
Your content and privacy choices
You retain ownership of your content and give TradesRoster permission to store, process, and display it to deliver the features you use. You are responsible for having permission to upload and share it. Public profile content can be indexed and copied outside the service. Member-only visibility still shares content with other signed-in members. Read the Privacy policy for data handling, export, deletion, and retained conversations.
Reporting and moderation
Use Report links on profiles, work, posts, discussions, or received messages to submit a concern. Reports are reviewed manually by the site operator. Reporting does not automatically remove content or block someone. TradesRoster may remove content, restrict access, or delete accounts for abuse or misuse. A report outcome is shown in My reports; contact us with your report ID to ask about an outcome. For an immediate threat, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service usable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, another member's conduct, the accuracy of member claims, or a particular work outcome. Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be dated on this page. You can stop using the service and export or delete your account through Account and data.
